Overview

The Thank You Page Extension allows you to engage customers immediately after they complete a purchase by adding a dynamic address verification experience directly to your Shopify Thank You page.

With a simple setup, the extension appears at the top of the Thank You page after purchase has completed. Customers will see if their address is deliverable or receive a suggestion for a better option, allowing them to choose the suggestion or keep the original.

The Thank You page is one of the most valuable touchpoints in the customer journey. Verify helps you make the most of it by:

• Increasing post-purchase engagement

• Creating a smooth, integrated experience

• Delivering value without disrupting checkout

1. A customer completes their purchase

2. Shopify loads the Thank You page

3. The Verify extension renders at the top displaying whether the address is verified or if there is a more suitable suggestion

4. Allows the customer to select the suggested address and updates your system with the new address data

Once you have installed the app, simply add the “Autoaddress Thank You Verify” extension in the Checkout Editor — no additional configuration required.
